The first step to getting your project underway is filling out our free no-obligation quote form or by simply calling us on 0800 112 3201. This is the time to elaborate on your specific needs and requirements.
We appreciate your involvement in the development of your web site that gives you enough control and makes you aware of the progress. By working closely with you along the way we will transform your ideas into an elegant web solution. During the design stage we will make your web site available for your review. You will be given the name of your Project Coordinator once an order is placed. You will then be provided with communication details. Your site is constantly available and we welcome your full participation during its creation.
As you watch your project develop, we are aware that you will think of things that you hadn't originally considered or you will think of other ideas. The design of your site is totally changeable at any time. Take the first step and tell us about your project today.
Step One Consultation
If you don't have a pre-defined project in mind then the first step of a successful project launch is the consultation.
Here we find out where you’ve been, the purpose of your project, your requirements for the project, timescales, budgets, what your needs are now and your expectations for the future. It also gives you the opportunity to ask us any questions that you think relevant, discuss areas that you are not sure of or anything else that you feel is pertinent to the successful implementation of your project.

Step Two Design
Now it's time to develop the basic design structure of your project.
After the consultation we begin work on the design of your project. Here we design the following:
- basic interface design
- navigation structure design
- graphic design
- functionality features
Typically we deliver two unique design mock-ups for the client to review. Once a final design is agreed on, we take the next step..
Step Three Development
Now it’s time to program and develop the site. This involves preparing the following:
- Multimedia components
- Code
- Graphics
We also address any other development requirements such as: Database functionality; Streaming video; Streaming Audio; Flash and more...
At this point in time, we assign you a username and password to access your project via a secure space on our site. This way you can see at any time, the development process of your project and make any changes, amendments or comments that you wish to make.
Step Four Testing
Now it's time to review and test your site!
Your beta site will be tested on multiple computer platforms and on multiple browser versions to ensure it reads correctly. This involves testing it on all the major browsers and computer types. Dependant on the project, we will then test it at various monitor resolutions to ensure that it displays correctly at most acceptable resolutions. We will also test every aspect of the site including forms, coding, scripts, etc.
Any adjustments will be made, then we continue this process to create the final version of your new Web site.
Step Five Project Launch
Time to go live with your site!
Once your site is fully functional and 100% accurate it is moved out of beta. At this point we are ready to count down to GO LIVE!
We will provide you with any training or direction you may need to ensure a smooth ride. We will watch your site closely the next few weeks to check for any areas that may need adjusting..
