How much does a Quote Cost?
It costs absolutely nothing to get a quote. There are no charges to get a quote and no charges to apply for a Merchant Account. Your account will only begin to be charged once your account is active.
How do I get paid?
Payments are made directly to your bank Account the next business day. There are no charges for payments to UK Bank Accounts.
Can I use an existing merchant account with this service?
Yes you can. If you have an existing Merchant Account with one of our listed acquiring banks, you can use this with our Service. If we receive your application in the morning, your account with us will be active by the afternoon. If we receive it after 12, your account will be active the next business day.
Is there a reserve fund held back?
We do not hold back any funds or use any form of rolling reserve account.
Can foreign cards can be processed by the payment gateway?
Your Merchant account can process customer cards, irrespective of the country of issue.
Do you accept Adult or Gambling Companies?
Yes we do. Adult or Gambling sites must be legally registered and conform to all applicable regulations pertaining to their individual industry.
Will we be charged for failed transactions?
No. There are no charges for failed transactions/
Does Nethosts handle the money from my payments?
No! We act as a payment gateway, transmitting data securely between your web site and your acquiring bank. We never have access to the actual funds from your transactions, only your merchant acquiring bank has this.

Yes. Our Integration team will help you to integrate the service seamlessly into your existing website.
