Virtual Terminal
The Nethosts Interactive Virtual Terminal is a web based application. It contains all the functionality needed for Merchants to process electronic transactions.
The Virtual Terminal also has added functionality to give you an enhanced Merchant Management System (MMS).
The Merchant Management System is included as a standard feature in every service offered but can also be provided as a stand-alone service.
Virtual Terminal Capabilities
Use the Virtual Terminal to process transactions for your accounts. You can implement the following
transactions from any Internet connection to process card payments.
- Purchase – authorises and settles an amount on a card
- Authorisation – authorises an amount on a card
- Settlement – complete a sale that was previously authorised
- Cancel Settlement – void a settlement before it is completed
- Credit – refund a sale that was previously settled
- Cancel Credit – void a credit before it is completed
Multiple Users
You can have multiple users using the virtual terminal at any one time. No more having to wait for one person to process a transaction before another can be taken.
